If you have not received a login/password to your homeowner portal, please call Tralon Homes at (844) 4-Tralon, Select option 2. You will be sent a link to your homeowner portal where you can submit your warranty request. Your warranty claim must be submitted through our system.

After business hours are Monday-Friday after 5:00 p.m. and weekends. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please have your Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address and Closing Date available. Please note, that if you are outside of your warranty time frame, you must contact your own professional and you will be responsible for all costs associated with your issue. Please be advised, that if you contact your own professional and you are within your warranty period, it is possible that your warrantable expenses will not be covered.

If you suspect a gas leak, vacate your property and call the proper authorities dependent on your area.

If you have locked yourself out of your home, you must contact a locksmith. Tralon Homes does not carry and duplicate copies of your home key.
